Canoes are launched on the Stara Rega near the mill during the all-polish canoeing event, “By the Rega to the Sea”. The river is one of the most interesting canoeing trails in Poland. Its banks are covered with forests or meadow trees almost all their length. Due to natural and artificial obstacles it is often necessary to carry the canoes. The river’s wild stream and narrow bed make the canoeing a bit burdensome. On this section the Rega is a mountain river.
Both the fishing amateurs and professionals will feel like in heaven. Thanks to the peace and quiet the fishermen can feel at ease.
The facility is situated among the forests, which encourages hiking (as well as Nordic Walking) and mushroom picking, so beneficial for the health.
